Thank you for your interest in my massage therapy healing work.  

I have been a massage therapist for 12 years, and trained as a Kinesiologist first.  I have a rich history of helping my clients with challenging bodily issues, such as frozen shoulder, sciatica, carpal tunnel, chronic low back pain, and most injury and accident related needs.

In addition to my skills as a problem solving therapist, I can also help you to get your body and nervous system into a deeply relaxed state if this is your preference. 

A large percentage of my clients tell me that my massages are the best they have ever experienced.  I attribute this humbling compliment to spending most of my life as a performance athlete.  I’ve have experienced most bodily pains, and I most often know right where to go, to solve problems, remove lactic acid, and lessen adhesions. 

I also know what feels good, for the relaxing experience that you are seeking.
